By accessing or using BookedIn Pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of BookedIn Pro, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. About BookedIn Pro

BookedIn Pro is a product of S&K Digital, a trading name of S&K Finance Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales. The Service provides AI-powered career tools for UK finance professionals, including client-finding, job search, cover letter generation, interview preparation, contract meeting guidance, and salary benchmarking.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BookedIn Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, or misrepresents your qualifications or experience.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable UK or international law.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access the Service through your account.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Payment and Access

BookedIn Pro is offered on a one-off payment basis. The current price is £74.99 for 12 months full access to all 7 tools, as displayed on the BookedIn Pro pricing page. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

• Access is granted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• We do not offer refunds unless required by applicable consumer law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases with reasonable notice. Existing customers retain full access for the 12-month period they have paid for.

5. AI-Generated Content

BookedIn Pro uses the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate personalised outputs including cover letters, outreach messages, interview answers, and salary data summaries.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and assistive purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use. S&K Digital does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs when making career, financial, or contractual decisions.

6. Your Data and Privacy

Your use of BookedIn Pro is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on BookedIn Pro — including the BookedIn Pro name, logo, and platform features — are the property of S&K Finance Services Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission. Content you generate using the Service (e.g. your cover letters) remains your own.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S&K Finance Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BookedIn Pro, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of employment opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date of the most recent revision will be shown at the top of this page. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of BookedIn Pro after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
