What We Collect

When you use BookedIn Pro, you may upload or paste your CV (curriculum vitae). This data is processed temporarily within your active session only to personalise the outputs you receive.

Your CV data is never stored permanently. Once your session ends, it is not retained on our servers or in any database. We do not collect or store your name, address, or financial information beyond what you voluntarily include in your CV for the purpose of generating personalised outputs.

How Your Data Is Used

Your CV data is used solely to personalise the outputs across BookedIn Pro's seven tools — including client outreach messages, cover letters, interview preparation, contract meeting guidance, and salary benchmarking.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third party for marketing, profiling, or any other commercial purpose. Your data is used only to deliver the service you have requested.

AI Processing (Anthropic API)

BookedIn Pro is powered by the Anthropic API (Claude). When you use any of the seven tools, your inputs — including relevant portions of your CV — are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your personalised output.

We do not log your search history or store any API request data. Anthropic's own data handling practices apply to data processed via their API. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to Erasure: Request that we delete your personal data.
• Right to Restrict Processing: Ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Right to Object: Object to our processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

BookedIn Pro does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. We may use strictly necessary session cookies to maintain your logged-in state or session data. No personal data is collected via cookies, and no cookie data is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmitted to and from BookedIn Pro is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. As noted above, CV data is not stored beyond your active session.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The date of the most recent revision will always be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of BookedIn Pro after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
